Often times, I visit websites and blogs and spend time admiring fellow knitters’ handiwork. It gives me great motivation and inspiration to be surrounded by all this talent. But I am me. I am a work in progress and I have more ‘oops’ than I can count.

Oh, yes I did!
I am so happy to all the friends who encouraged me to try knitting socks on one long circular needle.

Oh, yes I did! I did manage to take 600+ yards of bamboo fingering weight yarn from this:
And turn it into this:
It took me hours and hours to untangle this mess, but I did! And now I am making this:
The body of the shawl is this lovely blue, and the lace edge will be the coral. Definitely worth the trouble.
